Tantra & tantric massage - Yoga of touch

"The highest destination of the traveller is not to know anymore what he is looking at. Every living being, every thing gives the opportunity for a journey, for a contemplation."

Eric Baret

Tantric Tradition

The tantric tradition is a non dual philosophy and holistic mysticism that assumes a fundamental unity of all being. The human dimension and the world process are not rejected and perceived as unreal, but every possible experience is included and seen as a way and access to the highest experience. Reality is observed, accompanied by deep acceptance and allowing. It is a path of union and integration. Everything is real!

The aim is to overcome the feeling of separation and isolation and to dissolve the individual self in the universal self. A journey back to the source, the being, the basis of all existence. Thereby Tantra emphasises experiencing and experimenting. This path begins with the perception of our body and the alert attention for everything we can perceive with our senses. Through complete turning-inward and the dissolving of differentiating and dispersing thoughts and ideas, veil after veil difference lifts itself into indifference and we dive into unconditional perception. This open state of being and presence is what brings change by itself. Tantra as a path of experience offers a wide variety of methods for internalisation, integration and deification. The goal of every practice is a state of fulfilment. Desire is extended to all reality and directed towards the highest experience, which is oneness and absolute abundance.

Yoga of Touch - Touch as spiritual practice and form of art.

Tantric massage worships the human being with all his facets as divine and perfect. Every cell of our body is valued, sensitised and nourished with loving attention. Through mindful and unintentional touch a space of trust is created in which deep allowing and letting go is possible. The ritual allows us a inner meditative journey and can lift us into unknown levels of consciousness. The whole sensory system is awakened and can bless us with holy shivers. A quiet mind, sensitivity and openness are essential elements to experience bliss and overflowing abundance. In a very natural and respectful way the massage integrates also our sexual energy and thereby completely accepts us as a living and sexual being. Womb and heart are lovingly connected and our sexuality is recognised and honoured as a source of strength, health and joy. This can be a very healing experience and we can gently approach issues such as shame, self-esteem and self-acceptance. Through deep sensing and listening we can give space to and integrate hidden feelings and possible traumatic experiences. Our body remembers and has its own intelligence to deal with overwhelming and traumatic experiences. Often we can only slowly and gently regain our body awareness. In the massage we take the time to open the body and mind slowly and consciously, boundaries can be perceived and accepted. Nothing is forced, only then we can expand our horizons and borders and stretch our wings towards ecstasy without causing ourselves another scar.

Only becoming aware without any violence can truly dissolve a tension or injury. This taking time and intentionlesness nourishes our deep need for unconditional acceptance and love. In addition to sensitisation, the Tantric tradition also integrates and welcomes. intensity. It works with intense feelings like joy and pleasure as well as sadness and pain, following the feeling to the origin, to the source of all joy, beyond the concrete occasion. Thus the ritual offers us a broad spectrum of experience possibilities, from tender sensations and silent moments to powerful and ecstatic moments and everything earthly and heavenly that lies in between. In each massage we enter a space of not knowing and encounter a new universe. Through listening and humbleness we can discover its mystery. This devotion turns touch into art.
