A tantra workshop for couples , friends and individuals

Sometimes the best gifts we can give ourselves and others are time and attention. But in our hectic everyday lives, we often lack the space for this - be it in couple relationships, friendships or in our connection to ourselves. On this special evening, you can consciously take time to connect deeply and truly with yourself and others.

Immerse yourself in a time full of mindful encounters and authentic connections. This tantric-inspired workshop is aimed at couples and individuals who are curious and would like to take their first mindful steps into tantric practice. In a protected and lovingly designed space, we create the opportunity to consciously connect with yourself and others in a truthful way.

Through simple and mindful couple exercises, meditations and gentle and playful rituals, we explore the space between us: tantric encounters and the loving connection that arises when we are truly present - with ourselves and our counterpart. You will be supported to feel yourself and your body better and to enter into authentic encounters with yourself and others - free from pressure to perform and expectations.

You will be given a space

• to deepen your own inner presence and recognise your needs and boundaries

• to feel supported and seen

• feel valuable, connected and loved

No previous experience is necessary. Everything happens at your own pace and within your own boundaries. We make sure that all exercises remain sensitive and mindful and are accessible to everyone.

Who for: Couples and individuals of all genders and orientations who are curious about mindful and tantric encounters and connection.

This workshop is not a massage workshop. Instead, we open a space in which you can explore the basis for true tantric experience: the connection to your own heart. From this inner presence and clarity, an encounter arises - authentic, unintentional and in harmony with your boundaries and needs. This is exactly the basis you need if you want to give or receive tantric massages - because real touch begins in the heart.

Couples are free to decide whether they want to do the exercises with each other or with other participants.

Number of participants: max. 14

Bring:

• Comfortable clothing in which you feel comfortable and can move freely

• Optional: A yoga mat to lie on for the final integration

• Openness to new experiences

• Your own water & snacks if you need them
